We are building a really fabulous school together.

If the teachers are the heart of the school, the students are the soul. There’s no mold that defines a Willows Prep student. It’s the unique differences of our students that make this community so special.

What makes Willows unique is that students don’t just join programs. They create them

The interdisciplinary connections we build help students see how everything fits together. Science shows up on the soccer field, and athletics shows up in the classroom.

The IB doesn’t just focus on what to teach. It helps teachers think deeply about how to teach

We see our students. We identify their strengths, we identify their areas for growth, and we intentionally support both.

Mary Ewart

Director of Learning

Margaret Marks

Our IB program teaches students how to learn so they’re ready for careers that may not even exist yet

We see every student and challenge them appropriately while providing the support they need to succeed.

I like how our teachers make learning interactive with games and hands-on project. It makes topics like the Renaissance actually interesting.

They push us to try new things so we can discover what we actually love and what we want to pursue.

Art is a language. If you’re taught the basics, anyone can learn to speak it

There’s something powerful about watching a student who thinks they aren’t artistic create something they’re truly proud of.

The creativity of our students absolutely blew me away when I first started teaching here

We have a faculty that genuinely cares about the future of your child and giving them the groundwork to succeed in whatever they choose.

Our small class sizes allow us to give real individual attention and see long-term growth, not just progress over a single year.

I love seeing students walk in not knowing what they’re capable of and leave confident that they can do hard things.. In our seminars, students drive the conversation. They ask the questions they care about and build confidence through meaningful dialogue.

Miranda Mizen-Waite

Language & Literature teacher

Marina Goguen

We give students room to make mistakes and revisit their work, because that’s where real growth happens. In social studies, students may not always love the content, but they will always take the skills with them.
