OUR APPLICATION PROCESS
- Complete an Application on Ravenna
Start your application process by creating an account on Ravenna, our online application management hub. Through your Ravenna dashboard, you can then navigate to the “School Directory,” select “Greater Seattle,” followed by “BCA & Willows Preparatory School” and click “Apply.”

- Transcripts from the current school year and two previous years
- Standardized Test Results (ITBS, ISEE, SSAT, Smarter Balanced, or equivalent)
- Virtual Student Interview
- Schedule a Student Interview
Once we receive your completed application, we’ll reach out to schedule the student interview: in-person interview, Teams interview, or Visit Day (student choice).
- Stay Connected
Upon receipt of your completed application, our Admissions Committee carefully reviews each submission and posts our decision through the Ravenna portal and via email. To keep tabs on your application’s progress, we recommend regularly checking your Ravenna account.
