Please ensure your child is fully up-to-date on their required immunizations, or provide the completed paperwork for any exemptions, before their first day of school.

Incoming 7th graders – Note that the Tdap booster is due prior to the first day of school.

If your child has a life-threatening allergy, they must have an up-to-date Emergency Care Plan on file, along with appropriate medication (such as an EpiPen), by the first day of school. You will have the opportunity to identify your child’s allergies on their Registration Form in June.

Attendance Procedure (Notifying the school about Absence, Late Arrival, or Early Release)
Please submit attendance updates for your child by contacting Office Administration by email at info@willowsprep.com.

In-Building Standards for Guests
For parents wishing to enter the building beyond the front desk, a visitor name tag is required. As part of our safety procedures, all guests must present a valid ID and complete a Raptor background check by scanning their ID at the front desk. Once cleared, visitors will receive a name tag and must sign in with administration before continuing through the building.

Parking Lot Etiquette
As the safety of our students is our top priority, we kindly remind all parents to drive cautiously and be aware of their surroundings in the parking lot. Please allow extra time during drop off and pick up times, as our parking lot tends to be busier at these times. Thank you for refraining from parking or leaving your car unattended in the car line at the front of the school.

Lost and Found
Please make sure your child’s clothing is clearly labeled with their name so it may find its way back to you. All items will be donated at the end of each semester.
