AFFORDABILITY
We understand families have different financial capacities and we offer a Financial Aid program. Our program is designed to make a Willows Prep education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. We are proud to use the Clarity Application to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.

- REGISTRATION FEE — This is a one-time non-refundable fee for new students only. $2,200
- RE-ENROLLMENT FEE — This is a one-time non-refundable fee for returning students. $1,700 (until January 31), $2,200 (after February 1)
- 5TH GRADE LAPTOP FEE — 5th Grade Only: Touchscreen 14” 2-in-1 laptop with active stylus and three year extended service agreement that covers parts and labor purchased from WPS. $1,450
- TECHNOLOGY FEE — This is a non-refundable annual fee. $400
- FAMILY ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP — This is a non-refundable annual fee. $200
