We are thrilled to introduce the inaugural, utterly cool members of our first ever student-run podcast!
Dubbed “the Voice of Willows (the VOW),” the team is dedicated to representing the WPS community and echoing the thoughts of our students in a responsible, curated manner.
The club will be led by Mr. Gabriel Pehrson (Editor) and Mr. Jay Khang (Producer), and 11th graders Suhani and Geetika will serve as co-Presidents for the remainder of the school year 2024-25.

Right before winter break, our wonderful Family Association provided their annual winter activity for the advisory class.
This year, students were given a codex puzzle (a la the "cryptex" from Dan Brown`s novel "the Da Vinci Code") to solve, in which was the final clue to go to a secret location on campus and earn their prize!

Guitar Heroes!
In Intro to Design class, our 5th and 6th graders created their own electric guitars using micro:bit. From engineering to exterior design, our students showcased their knowledge, creativity, and humor through their bespoke masterpieces. Our amazing 6th-grade students recently wrapped up Unit 2: Learning Skills with an exciting and creative project!
Some students took the stage with individual presentations, engaging their audience in imaginative ways to showcase their understanding of the unit’s key concepts. Others teamed up to design original board games that highlighted essential study skills in a fun and interactive format.
Fabulous job, 6th graders—your creativity and hard work truly shone through!
