At Willows Prep, students have access to a wide range of athletic opportunities, from team sports to individual training programs. Our athletics program helps students build strength, resilience, and leadership while fostering teamwork and school pride.

Each season offers a full slate of sports: fall features volleyball, cross country, and soccer; winter highlights basketball; and spring includes ultimate frisbee, tennis, and track. Every sport challenges students physically and mentally, promoting dedication, collaboration, and a strong competitive spirit.
